| dc.description | Se presenta el Examen de conciencia como un excelente medio para formar en la libertad y en el sentido de la Trascendencia. Ante la cultura de la fatiga imperante en nuestra sociedad es necesario formar nuevas generaciones con un claro sentido de libertad. Para ello, este artículo muestra la importancia que tiene el denominado examen espiritual cotidiano. Se hace una reinterpretación de cada uno de los cinco pasos que contiene y, sobre todo, se abren las posibilidades para que toda mujer y hombre de buena voluntad incorporen este ejercicio en su vida cotidiana, sin distinción de raza, lengua, condición social y ámbito público o privado en donde se encuentre. Se presenta como un ejercicio necesario, pertinente y aconsejable para reorientar los pensamientos y afectos, encaminado a formar el sentido de la Trascendencia. | |
| dc.description | The Examination of Conscience is presented as an excellent means to form in freedom and in the sense of Transcendence. Given the culture of fatigue prevailing in our society, it is necessary to form new generations with a clear sense of freedom. For this, this article shows the importance of the so-called daily spiritual examination. A reinterpretation is made of each of the five steps contained therein and, above all, the possibilities are opened for every woman and man of good will to incorporate this exercise in their daily life, without distinction of race, language, social status and public or private sphere where it is located. It is presented as a necessary, pertinent and advisable exercise to reorient thoughts and affections, aimed at forming the sense of Transcendence. | |
