| dc.description | La Psicología Social aplicada a las organizaciones tiene un propósito sustantivo: promover el equilibrio entre el cumplimiento de los objetivos organizacionales y la preservación del bienestar y la salud psicofísica de las personas que la integran. Este equilibrio se ve amenazado por dos peligros: los obstáculos epistemológicos y los obstáculos epistemofílicos. Este trabajo tiene cómo objetivo focalizar en los segundos para definir qué es la epistemofobia organizacional y qué medidas se pueden tomar para evitarla, dado que es un defecto de algunas organizaciones, que obstaculiza el desempeño operativo y saludable de sus empleados. | |
| dc.description | Social Psychology applied to organizations has a substantive purpose: to promote the balance between organizational goals and the preservation of the welfare and psychophysics health of the employees. This balance is threatened by two dangers: the epistemological obstacles and epistemophiliac obstacles. The objective of this paper is to define what is the “organizational epistemophobia” and what measures must to be made to avoid this defect, which hinders the healthy and operating performance of the employees. | |
