Este artículo aborda la identidad humana desde sus fundamentos metafísicos y antropológicos, sin dejar de considerar los aspectos psicológicos, éticos y religiosos, con el fin de encuadrar el derecho a la identidad en la perspectiva jurídica.
This article is about the human identity since its metaphysical and anthropological foundations, considering also the psychological, ethics and religious aspects. The aim of this work is to frame the right to identity in the legal perspective.
