En la tradición occidental ciencias y filosofía constituían una unidad de conocimientos. En este sentido, el filósofo de la ciencia E Agazzi, (1996), nos habla acerca de la raíz común del conocimiento científico-filosófico, el cual está basado en la actitud intelectual del hombre, frente a la realidad que lo circunda, consistente en querer saber qué son las cosas y porqué. Esta actitud espiritual del hombre, se encamina hacia una perspectiva de totalidad.

In this sense, the philosopher of science E Agazzi, (1996), tells us about the common root of scientific-philosophical knowledge, which is based on the intellectual attitude of man, in front of the reality that surrounds him, consisting of wanting to know what things are and why.
