En el presente trabajo se analizan los derechos fundamentales a la igualdad ante la ley y la no discriminación arbitraria y el derecho a la privacidad frente al avance de los modelos de inteligencia artificial generativa. Se hace hincapié en el rol responsable que deben tener las empresas en la gestión de los riesgos derivados de esta tecnología.
This paper analyses the fundamental rights to equality before the law and non-arbitrary discrimination and the right to privacy in the face of the advancement of generative artificial intelligence models. Emphasis is placed on the responsible role that companies must play in managing the risks arising from this technology.
