Abstract
Description
This paper analyzes the configurations of educator subjects during 2022 in the middle of tensions that was born from Cosmo Schools alternative proposal, like it´s called by themselves, in its branch Centro. First, this alternative proposal is understood under world - local education dynamics; second, the ways how educator subjects is configured are characterized since figures of mentores(as) and mediadoras in campus Centro of Cosmo Schools. Methodologically, Critical Discourse Analysis and ethnography was used through participant observation, focal groups of discussion with 8° and 9°, and semi-structural interviews to teacher directives, mentores(as) and mediadoras. As result, this has elements that tune with neoliberal ideas like: education connected with work world since human capital and getting skills for autoregulation and autogestion that depoliticize subjects. To summarize, mentores(as) and mediadoras built their practicein the middle of uncertainty of the poor clarities established for Cosmo Schools, which stressed stress elements of Cosmo Schools ́s discourse, even though the mentores(as) the opportunity of a dreamed education.
