En este peculiar artículo, cuyo origen es una conferencia dictada en un Congreso de Jóvenes Profesionales, el Dr. Viñas expone, en un tono ameno pero firme, los fundamentos que sostienen la necesidad de ciertas características y virtudes que deben revestir la persona y el quehacer de los Jueces, pues su tarea es de suma importancia en la constitución de una sociedad que aspira a verse protegida eficazmente en sus derechos y abriga la legítima esperanza de un Poder Independiente.
In this peculiar article, whose origin is a conference at a Congress of Young Professionals, Dr. Viñas exposes, in a pleasant but firm tone, the fundamentals of the need for certain characteristics and virtues that the person and the work of the judges must take. Because their task is very importance in the formation of a society that aspires to be protected effectively in their rights and wants to have legitimate hope in this Power keeps independent.
