Description
La Studiositas según Santo Tomás de Aquino se presenta como un legado fundamental para ordenar este proceso hacia el estudio virtuoso del Derecho teniendo incidencia en la formación del estudiante como futuro defensor de la Justicia al momento de ejercer la profesión. Se pretende analizar el hombre con sus rasgos distintivos en virtud de su maravillosa naturaleza, y en consecuencia, su transformación en estudiante de Abogacía, las implicancias de su elección y las particularidades de la materia escogida en su relación con una virtud cardinal, la Justicia, a través del análisis bibliográfico contrastado con la realidad propia de un estudiante.
The Studiositas according to St. Thomas Aquinas is presented as a fundamental legacy to order this process towards the virtuous study of Law, having an impact on the training of the student as a future defender of Justice at the time of exercising the profession. It is intended to analyze man with his distinctive features by virtue of his wonderful nature, and consequently, his transformation into a student of Law, the implications of his choice and the particularities of the chosen subject in its relationship with a cardinal virtue, Justice, through bibliographic analysis contrasted with the reality of a student.
