El sufrimiento es una experiencia humana misteriosa. Y el consuelo, un posicionamiento ante el sufrimiento. No consiste en un intento de traducción, ni transferencia, ni acción concreta, ni mucho menos discurso: el consuelo es rostro y presencia (Anrubia 2008), es cuerpo y voz para quienes, por la crudeza de una situación se experimentan desencajados, desgarrados y hasta exiliados de sí mismos.
Suffering is a mysterious human experience. And consolation, a positioning in the face of suffering. It is not an attempt to translate, or transfer, or concrete action, much less discourse: comfort is a face and presence (Anrubia, 2008), it is body and voice for those who, by the harshness of a situation are experienced torn, and even exiled from themselves.
