Las organizaciones con fines sociales y la economía del conocimiento

| dc.description | En Argentina se aprobó un régimen legal que se ha denominado Economía del Conocimiento. En este Régimen legal se han incluido las empresas relacionadas a la investigación tecnológica y promueve la inversión en tecnología y la consiguiente formación de recursos humanos. Dentro del articulado, no está explicitado si las organizaciones con fines sociales están incluídas. En mi tesis doctoral he presentado diversas formas de financiamiento para las Organizaciones con Fines Sociales. En esta reflexión quisiera justificar las razones por las que considero que el Régimen de Economía del Conocimiento incluye las Organizaciones cuyo fin es diferente al lucro. Esta inclusión podría aportar un nuevo instrumento de financiamiento para estas organizaciones cuyo objetivo principal no es el lucro, pero que lo necesitan. | |
| dc.description | In Argentina was aproved a new legal regimen wich is call Knowledge Economy. In this legal regimen are included all companys related to tecnology research and promotes investment in tecnology, also human resources education. But Is not clear if Non-Profit organization are included. This is a paper to cuestion this position and to argue why they are included in this law. This is important because could be a new legal instrument to organization in wich money is not the principal objective but is needed. In my PhD thesis, I included differents instruments to financing social projects. In this paper I want to analyze why Social Organizations may be included in this new law. | |
