Abstract
Description
This work aims to comment on the book by D. Stephen Long, entitled: The Perfectly Simple Triune God, Aquinas and His Legacy (2016, Minneapolis: Fortress Press; xxvi + 421 pp). Based on St. Thomas Aquinas's question about: Who is God?, and the way he finally obtained his answer (which wrote in the Theological Sum), Long recovers that good example of the traditional conception about the perfectly simple triune God. In addition, it traces the reception of Tomist doctrine among reformers and discusses contemporary attempts to replace it with new models of the divine.
