| dc.description | La humanidad está viviendo un tiempo de cambio. Es un proceso que avanza a pasos agigantados, dejando a los más sabios perplejos frente a un mundo desconocido. El hombre tiene al alcance de un clic todo un mundo de posibilidades. Puede pagar sus cuentas, realizar estudios superiores, ordenar comida, buscar información, entretenerse, compartir su vida personal. Pero, lejos está la realidad de volverse una utopía. El individualismo ha llegado a niveles desconcertantes, las relaciones humanas se han vuelto flexibles, todos los vínculos se han visto intermediados por las redes sociales, las tensiones sociales son cada vez más fuertes, la desigualdad se acentúa con el paso del tiempo, la industrialización continúa a pesar de los daños ecológicos causados. Nos encontramos, así, ante un nuevo escenario para la educación y para el humanismo cristiano, que debe buscar respuestas para aquellos que se encuentran viviendo en estas nuevas reglas y condiciones. En este artículo, se buscará entender la naturaleza de los cambios de paradigma que vive el individuo actual, y cuál es el rol que el humanismo cristiano tiene en esta nueva sociedad y en particular en la educación universitaria. | |
| dc.description | Humanity is living a changeover time. It is a process that advances in leaps and bounds, leaving the wisest perplexed in front of an unknown world. Man has a whole world just a click away. You can pay your bills, do higher education, order food, search for information, entertain yourself, share your personal life. But this is not the utopia we dream of. Individualism has reached disconcerting levels, human relationships have become flexible, all links have been mediated, social tensions are becoming stronger, inequality is accentuated over time, industrialization continues despite ecological damage caused. We are thus facing a new scenario for education and for Christian humanism, which must seek answers for those who are living in these new rules and conditions. In this paper, we will try to understand the nature of the paradigm shifts that the current individual lives, and what is the role of the Christian humanism in this new society and in particular in university education. | |
